In 2018 I made a list of all the scary things I had faced up to that over the year.
There were a lot. And I was proud, and feeling brave. So I shared them Instagram style. One a day for a month.
It was good to be vulnerable, but I took on way too much.
In 2019, I'll start the list again, but I'll face one Scary Thing a month. Because I want to be vulnerable, but responsible.
I want to share the Scary Things because I feel lighter & brighter when I share.
Don't be afraid to be scared.
